Computer Breakdown
My computer bit the dust last week. There's conflicting ideas of what the problem could be. The first being the logic board which is a $750.00 part, plus $100.00 labour, plus taxes. If that is the case then I'll be buying a new one. This is what the guys at the computer shop said. However, when Hank took a look at it, it would appear to be the power supply that's the problem. If that's the case, then it's only a $200.00 part. I'm taking it in to the city to get a second opinion. Hopefully it's the latter of the two problems because then it's a cheap and easy fix.
My work has sent me a computer in the meantime so at least I'm able to get some work done. But I will still need to either get my old one fixed or buy a new one as all my pictures, music, movies, documents, etc. are still on that hard drive. And I want that all back!
So, I won't be posting any pictures until this is all sorted. Updates to follow.
Hope everyone has a great Easter weekend!
